SHIPPING

We strive to process and ship your orders as fast as possible. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Deliveries within the Netherlands typically take 1-3 business days, while international orders within Europe usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Our shipping partner is DHL, and once your package is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

 

Please note: DALLIANCE is not liable for any shipping delays or issues that may occur. Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, we have no control over it. Any additional shipping charges, such as customs duties or import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that the product is in its original condition. Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. The costs of the return shipment will not be refunded by Dalliance.

If you received a damaged or a wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days of delivery to us. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. We'll email you once we've received your return and processed your refund.

 

Please note: items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return. However, if you require a different size, we can offer an exchange if the desired size is available.
